For New Patients

Thank you for your interest in becoming a patient! We aim to make this process as easy as possible for you! To get started, complete the New Patient Contact Form on the Contact Us page (or click the button below), and we will best match you to a therapist and will send you a link to schedule your appointment.

What to expect

After you complete the New Patient Contact Form, The Resilient Helix team will receive a message with your information and needs. Our team holds weekly debriefings in order to provide the best care possible for those we serve. And when needed, we consult each other in crisis situations or when safety is an issue for our patients.

You can expect to receive a follow-up email from our Administrative Assistant (contactus@theresilienthelix.com) within 3 business days. Prior to your first appointment, we will send intake documents to you via our secure online platform, Simple Practice. You will be able to complete these forms online and your responses will be automatically saved to your profile. This will provide us with your contact information and medical history, as well as share with you our policies and privacy practices. After your first visit, you will also be able to schedule return appointments using the Simple Practice website.
